What is CLIC?
CLIC (Cultivating Leaders & Inspiring Community) is a sustainable student leadership program that creates lasting change. We help school leaders empower the student leaders in the school to create a positive, collaborative culture using a simple framework. The teachers, administrators, and counselors in your school become instrumental in setting the environment to allow student leaders to create a school culture that everyone can be proud of. This process is completed in five steps:
1. Realize that your STUDENTS create the culture in your school
2. Identify the student leaders in your building that WANT school to be a better place
3. Work with those student leaders to teach them to mentor first-year students through their first year of high school
4. Follow the year-long calendar for important implementation dates
5. Watch the magic! Sustainable, lasting change that is created and implemented by students increasing ownership!

DAN & AMY ALLEN
YOUR CRUISE DIRECTORS
Daniel and Amy Allen are caring educators who have many years of experience at all levels K-12 and post secondary. Amy is a school counselor with experience in elementary, middle, and high schools. She began her classroom teaching experience in 2001, as well as coaching volleyball, gymnastics, and cheer. Amy calls Pequot Lakes, Minnesota home, and has lived in Florida since 2014.
Daniel has been a classroom teacher since 1993. Within that career, he also been an assistant principal in a Florida high school. He has many years of coaching experience including football, basketball, and baseball as well as girls flag football in Tampa. Daniel calls Pocahontas, Arkansas home, and lived in Minnesota for 28 years where he met Amy.
Daniel and Amy have three children, and one grandchild. The couple now lives in Land O Lakes, Florida where the CLIC schools venture began...
